- Responsible for the day-to-day running and smooth operation of the practice
- Lead, motivate and develop the clinical and support teams
- Oversee CQC compliance, clinical governance and practice policies
- Monitor practice performance, KPIs, budgets and financial targets
- Drive practice growth, efficiency and performance
- Maintain excellent standards of patient care and customer service
- Manage staff training, development and performance
- Work closely with the Practice Owners and clinical team
- Implement and improve practice systems and procedures
- Modern facilities including Intraoral Scanners, Digital X-rays, CBCT and Guided Surgery Technology
- Established and supportive clinical team
