Part-time Performer Dentist required for 3 days in an independently owned, busy, mixed practice near to Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
- £14 per UDA
- 3000 UDAs available
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday
- 70% split on Private in favour of the Dentist. Labs 50 split
- Hours 9am - 5 pm
- 9 Fully computerised surgeries (Clinipad software)
- Established patient list
- Candidates MUST be prepared to have a face to face interview
- Fully computerised surgeries, SOE
- Digital X-rays, Rotary Endo
- Full long standing support team including a Hygienist/Therapist
- Practice offers Invisalign, etc.
- Dentists on site with special interest in Endodontics & Periodontal Specialist

- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate

- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
