Part‑time or full‑time experienced Associate required for 3-4.5 days per week in a MODERN, WELL‑ESTABLISHED & INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice in Haverhill, Suffolk.
- Existing list to inherit (Principals List)
- £14 per UDA
- 50% split on private income
- 50/50 split on lab bills
- 3 Associates, visiting Implantologist, visiting Periodontist
- 2 x Hygienist and Therapist on‑site
- 6 nurses and practice manager
- 5 Surgery practice
- SOE software (moving to Dentally soon)
- CBCT Scanner
- OPG
- 2 Intraoral Scanners
- 3-4.5 days available - Monday–Thursday (8am-5pm) & Friday (8am–2pm)
- Patient parking at front of practice
- Staff parking at rear of practice
Compliance requirements:
- Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
- Local Area Team confirmation
- GDC certificate
- UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
- Indemnity certificate
- Passport
- Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
- Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
- Degree certificate
- CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
