Full or Part-time Performer Dentist required for 2 days per week in a busy, mixed, well established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Cardiff.

• Mon & Tues
• £13.50 PER UDA
• 55% split on private
• 50% split on lab bills
• 3 Associates and 1 Therapist on-site
• Fully computerised surgeries – 3 surgery practice
• Modern equipment and chairs
• Digital x-rays
• Rotary Endo
• Intra-Oral Cameras
• Existing, well maintained patient list
• Full support team
• Available now, start date negotiable

• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
