Part-time/Full-time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Blackpool.
• For full time GOLDEN HANDSHAKE £20,000
• 3000-8000 UDAs at £13.66 per UDA
• Predominantly NHS but good opportunity to expand Private
• Private & Labs 50% split
• 15 Fully computerised, air conditioned surgeries
• 14 Associates, 2 Therapists, 1 Hygienist, Qualified Nurses
• Digital x-rays, OPG, Itero Scanner, Rotary Endo
• Full support team
• Practice provides Orthodontics incl Invisalign, Implants, Composite Bonding, Cosmetic Dentistry
• Existing, well maintained list
• Parking on road nearby
• Available now

– Full NHS Performer Number if applicable
– Local Area Team confirmation
– GDC certificate
– UK Blood test report showing Hep B Immunisation and Titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
– Indemnity certificate

– Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
– Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
– Degree certificate
