Remuneration: Circa £95,000 – £240,000 Take Home Yearly

Description

Part-time OR Full time Performer Dentist required for 2-5 days per week in a busy, mixed, well-established INDEPENDENTLY OWNED practice near Gravesend, Kent.

1. PRIVATE Income Up to £20,000 Take Home Pay Monthly (based on full time role)
2. £12 per UDA
3. 40% private on a sliding scale, 50% labs
4. 50/50 split on lab bills
5. 3 surgery practice
6. Treatment Co-Ordinator on-site
7. Fully computerised surgeries
8. iTero Scanner, Medit Scanner, CEREC, CT Scanner, OPG
9. Hygienist on site 2 days per week
10. Full support team including PM on site
11. Free parking on site
12. 20 minutes from Dartford. 40 minutes from Bromley. 50 minutes from London by train
13. Available now, start date negotiable

Compliance Requirements

• Full NHS Performer Number
• Local Area Team confirmation
• GDC certificate
• UK Blood test report showing Hep B immunisation and titre levels, Hep C, HIV and TB results dated within last 5 years
• Indemnity certificate
• Passport
• Enhanced DBS (within the last 12-36 months)
• Clinical references covering places of employment over past 2 years (minimum 2 referees)
• Degree certificate
• CPR/AED/Medical Emergencies certificate dated within the last 12 months
• IRMER
• PIN number
