Description
Full Time Dental Practice Manager required for a busy, well-established mixed NHS/Private practice in Ashford, Kent
- £35,000–£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
- Full-time, permanent position – 42.5 hours per week
- Monday to Saturday – flexible shift pattern
- Minimum 2 years' Dental Practice Management experience preferred
- Responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth running of the practice
- Lead, motivate and develop the clinical and support teams
- Oversee CQC compliance, NHS regulations, clinical governance and practice policies
- Monitor practice performance, KPIs, budgets and financial targets
- Manage staff rotas, inductions, appraisals and ongoing training
- Oversee financial reporting, invoices, banking and budgets
- Maintain high standards of patient care and customer service
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, COSHH, RIDDOR and Fire Safety regulations
- Work closely with Clinicians and the Operations Team
- CQC Registered Manager experience desirable
- GDC registration advantageous but not essential
