We are seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead the testing strategy and execution for a major Coupa implementation, followed by integration with Oracle. This role sits within a complex transformation programme covering Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), data migration, and multi‑system integration across a fast‑paced telecom/retail‑style environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end test strategy, planning, execution and governance for the Coupa implementation.
- Define and manage mock cycles, data reconciliation plans, testing timelines and exit criteria.
- Lead functional and non‑functional testing across all relevant S2P processes.
- Lead detailed testing across P2P processes, ensuring purchasing, invoicing, approvals, and supplier processes.
- Oversee all data migration and data validation activities to ensure clean, reconciled data across systems.
- Coordinate end‑to‑end testing across Coupa, Oracle, Siebel, and ServiceNow.
- Drive defect management, reporting, stakeholder communication and risk mitigation.
- Ensure alignment of testing milestones with programme plans and support a seamless deployment.
- Promote best‑practice QA standards and identify test automation opportunities.
Must‑Have Skills & Experience
- Extensive Coupa experience, particularly across Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles.
- Strong experience with Oracle in programmes involving Coupa‑Oracle integration (Oracle is essential).
- Solid exposure to data, including migration, validation and reconciliation (must have).
- Proven experience defining mock runs, test phases, planning and clear exit criteria.
- Solid exposure to P2P testing, including purchase requisitions, POs, goods receipt, invoicing and supplier processes.
- Broad enterprise test management experience across Oracle, Siebel, and ServiceNow.
- Comfortable working in an evolving environment, can manage ambiguity with confidence.
- Excellent communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
- Industry background in Telecom or Retail (highly preferred).
