Role

• Deliver planned works, maintenance, and project activities across diverse network systems.
• Respond to faults and outages, ensuring rapid restoration and service continuity.
• Manage the full lifecycle of network devices upgrades, commissioning, and decommissioning.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure smooth solution transitions.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation across operations.
• Engage with stakeholders and suppliers to maintain quality and service performance.
• Apply expertise in data centre, cloud, and network automation technologies.

Experience

• Strong track record in troubleshooting complex enterprise and data centre networks.
• Hands‑on Cisco experience (routing, switching, wireless, ACI, F5, cloud).
• Knowledge of network security, automation, and scripting.
• Collaborative and adaptable, with excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to support out‑of‑hours work and on‑call duties.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher‑level apprenticeship in Computing, Electronics, or Communications (or equivalent experience).

Location

• Hybrid (travel to offices near Winchester or Chalfont 12 days per week)

Requirements

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
