Nursery Practitioners

Following the successful opening of our new nursery, Green Acres Childcare — based on the edge of Burbage, Hinckley — is expanding our team.

We are proud that our nurseries are rated \”Good\” in all areas by Ofsted, and we are looking for enthusiastic, caring and motivated people to join our excellent staff team, who already deliver first-class care and education to children under 5.

We welcome applications from:

• Qualified practitioners (Level 2 / Level 3 Early Years or equivalent)
• Unqualified candidates with a genuine interest in working with children
• Apprentices – we run a highly successful apprenticeship programme

You will work as part of our friendly team to:

• support children\’s learning and development through play
• help create a safe, caring and stimulating environment
• build positive relationships with children and their families
• contribute to daily routines, planning and activities (with support if training)

About you

• able to work well as part of a team
• a good communicator
• genuinely passionate about early years

Experience is welcome but not essential for unqualified or apprentice roles — the right attitude matters most.
