The Role
We are expanding into Russian-speaking markets and seeking a driven, personable professional to develop and manage relationships with referral partners who serve high-net-worth clients. This is a relationship-building role focused on connecting with wealth managers, financial advisors, legal professionals, and other intermediaries across the CIS and Russian-speaking diaspora. The ideal candidate is sociable, confident, and culturally fluent — someone who can represent our company professionally and build trust with senior professionals in the financial and legal sectors.
Responsibilities
- Partner Development
- Identify and engage prospective referral partners serving Russian-speaking HNW clients
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with wealth managers, financial advisors, and legal professionals
- Conduct introductory calls and video meetings with prospective partners
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities
- Outreach & Communication
- Execute outreach campaigns across multiple channels
- Maintain regular communication and follow-up with partners and prospects
- Support the development of Russian-language communications and materials
- Pipeline Management
- Manage prospect and partner information in CRM systems
- Track outreach activities and report on partnership development progress
- Research and identify new partnership opportunities
Requirements
- Native Russian speaker – this is essential
- Fluent in English (written and verbal) – this is essential
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnership management
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage senior professionals
- Professional, presentable demeanour suited to high-net-worth client environments
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets
