Position Summary/Responsibilities:

  • Help improve student confidence and achievement in ELA
  • Provide personalized, targeted instruction to students based on individual learning needs
  • Monitor and assess student progress using formative assessments
  • Collaborate with program staff and instructional coaches to align tutoring strategies
  • Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to foster engagement and confidence
  • Participate in training sessions, ongoing coaching, and professional development activities
  • Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and outcomes
  • Other duties as assigned
