Position Summary/Responsibilities:
- Help improve student confidence and achievement in ELA
- Provide personalized, targeted instruction to students based on individual learning needs
- Monitor and assess student progress using formative assessments
- Collaborate with program staff and instructional coaches to align tutoring strategies
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to foster engagement and confidence
- Participate in training sessions, ongoing coaching, and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and outcomes
- Other duties as assigned
