GREEBUR LTD are looking for a skilled and motivated Approved Electrician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and inspection work in commercial, industrial, and domestic environments ensuring compliance with current industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair work in commercial, industrial, and domestic settings in compliance with current regulations.
  • Undertake inspection, testing, and certification of electrical systems.
  • Ensure all work complies with the latest IET Wiring Regulations (BS 7671).
  • Work independently or as part of a team to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Maintain accurate records of work completed.
  • Adhere to Company Health & Safety and Quality procedures.

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification.
  • City & Guilds 2391 (Inspection & Testing) or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in electrical work.
  • Proficient in the use of hand and power tools related to electrical work.
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, circuits and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and customers.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols related to electrical work is essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team essential.
