Grecotel Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel chain in Greece, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join its team. As Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in growing and energising the Award-Winning UK trade business for Grecotel Hotels & Resorts. You will be out on the road meeting agents, hosting events, travelling to Greece, and becoming a face of Grecotel within the UK trade. This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the sameβand where your ideas, personality, and drive genuinely matter. You will work closely with the UK team, Head Office Sales & Marketing, and our hotel teams to support, develop, and grow the travel agent network. Responsibilities
- Building strong, lasting relationships with travel agencies across the South of the UK
- Taking ownership of admin including invoices, agent stays, and day-to-day requests
- Taking ownership of Grecotel's trade-facing social media and becoming a true brand ambassador
- Attending and supporting trade events, representing Grecotel with confidence and flair
- Hosting and participating in fam trips (including travel to Greece to experience our hotels firsthand)
- Growing and maintaining the UK trade database by forming new relationships
- Supporting and nurturing our Grecotel Elite agents
- Assisting with event planning and creative trade engagement ideas
- Ensuring partner websites are up to date with the latest imagery and inclusions
- Completing regular competition analysis
- Welcoming and escorting VIP clients, agencies, and key partners
- Staying closely connected with the wider team to keep fully up to date on all activity
Requirements
- A full UK driving licence and confidence driving regularly for business travel
- Ability to travel across the UK and occasionally internationally (including trips to Greece)
- Previous experience in travel, hospitality, sales support, or a trade-facing role (preferred but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to represent the brand externally
- Good administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
- Confidence using social media platforms in a professional capacity
- A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend events, evening functions, and fam trips when required
- A genuine passion for travel and the hospitality industry
- Demonstrates confidence and a natural ability to connect with people and build long-term partnerships
- Engages comfortably with travel agents, presents the brand effectively, and represents Grecotel at events
