As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Duty Manager / Front Office Supervisor to join our Front Office team and help us deliver memorable stays for our guests.

Role Overview:

As a Duty Manager / Front Office Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in the daily operations of the Front Office. You will ensure smooth guest check-in and check-out experiences, oversee team performance, and act as the Manager on Duty when required. Your excellent communication skills, ability to resolve issues quickly, and focus on guest satisfaction will set the tone for exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Serve as the primary contact for guest concerns and handle complaints with professionalism and care by following the hotel standard and procedure.
  • Monitor and support the front office team to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Act as Manager on Duty when required and always ensure that the hotel safety and security is a priority.
  • Train and mentor junior staff, fostering a positive and service-oriented environment.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and hotel standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a Front Office or Duty Manager role within a hotel environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with OPERA Cloud (preferable).
  • A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank holidays.
