The position can be site-based or hybrid, depending on location, with a willingness to travel as required.
We have an exciting opportunity to join the Marketing and Communications team as a Digital Marketing & Communications Executive.
In this role, you will support the delivery of digital marketing strategies, projects and campaigns across an international business. As the business continues to evolve during a transformative period for both our organisation and the wider packaging industry, we are placing a strong focus on digitalisation and automation to support our business objectives. This includes enhancing audience engagement, improving the customer experience, expanding our content marketing capabilities and driving greater marketing and sales efficiency.
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in strengthening our online presence and brand positioning. You will support growth in our target markets while ensuring alignment with our sustainability strategy, leveraging digital tools, platforms and analytics to deliver measurable impact.
Qualifications and knowledge:
3+ years’ experience in digital or content marketing
Proven experience delivering multi-channel digital campaigns end-to-end (planning through to reporting)
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, email and social media
Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics and Google Ads, as well as CMS platforms
Experience in email marketing planning and execution, including lead generation (MQLs)
Experienced copywriter, able to create engaging content across multiple channels and formats
Confident working with external agencies and stakeholders
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to improve marketing efficiency
