The Role:
Answering the main phone line
Transferring client job specifications and candidate CVs to our house-style format
Sending out interview confirmations /
Tracking instructions and interview processes
Posting vacancies on online jobs boards and social media channels including LinkedIn and Twitter
Monitoring social media and website content to ensure currency
Assist in sourcing new candidates for the consultants via searches on jobs boards & LinkedIn
Oversee the in-house CRM system resolving any problems arising
CV Filing & attributing them on our in-house CRM system
Chasing up late payments
