Company Profile: A leading distributor of closures and containers (plastic and glass) to food and non-food sectors. They are now looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join their team.

Salary: Circa £30,000

Purpose of job:

The company is looking for a hands-on Graphic Designer & Marketing Coordinator with strong design skills to support our marketing activities across digital and print channels. This is a varied, design-led role where you'll spend the majority of your time creating high-quality visual content, alongside supporting the day-to-day coordination of marketing activity. It's ideal for someone who enjoys both creative work and being involved in the wider execution of campaigns.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Design & Content Creation (Primary Focus)
    • Create marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and social media graphics
    • Design engaging, on-brand content using Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
    • Support basic video editing for social media and marketing campaigns
  • Digital Marketing Support
    • Update and maintain website content (e.g. CMS updates, landing pages, visuals)
    • Assist with social media scheduling and content publishing
    • Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns
  • Marketing Coordination & Admin
    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns
    • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies
    • Assist with general marketing administration and project tracking

Skills & Experience:

  • Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign
  • A strong eye for design, layout, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Basic video editing skills (nice to have, not essential)
  • Experience with website CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress) is a plus
  • Organised, proactive, and a collaborative team player
