We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to be an integral part of a sales team providing back-office support (including providing quotes and placing orders) to enable a field sales packaging specialist to spend their time actively selling, as well as account management to generate new sales orders.
Support to allocated Packaging Specialist/s (Field sales):
- Liaise with Warehouse to check order on course and inform customers of any potential delays/problems escalating to packaging specialist when appropriate.
- Escalate issues to packaging specialist as and when required.
Account Management/Sales:
- Provide account management for allocated customers including dealing with any queries/complaints escalating when appropriate.
- Proactively target new and inactive customers with the aim of gaining sales/regular custom.
- Answer incoming calls and relocate them to the appropriate person if necessary.
- Respond to emails that come into general sales email address.
Requirements:
- Worked in a similar internal sales role.
- Good planning and organisation skills.
- Sales skills.
