Sales Coordinator We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed individual to be an integral part of a sales team providing back-office support (including providing quotes and placing orders) to enable a field sales packaging specialist to spend their time actively selling, as well as account management to generate new sales orders. Support to allocated Packaging Specialist/s (Field sales) Liaise with Warehouse to check order on course and inform customers of any potential delays/problems escalating to packaging specialist when appropriate Escalate issues to packaging specialist as and when required Account Management/Sales Provide account management for allocated customers including: Deal with any queries/complaints escalating when appropriate Proactively target new and inactive customers with the aim of gaining sales/regular custom Answer incoming calls and relocate them to the appropriate person if necessary Respond to emails that come into general sales email address Worked in a similar internal sales role Good planning and organisation skills Sales skills 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays Contributory pension scheme in line with auto-enrolment and medical cash back plan
