10 Hours, Part Time (11:30am - 1:30pm Monday to Friday) Term Time Only Permanent

Your Role

  • Supervision of children in the playground
  • Encouraging the children to eat their meal in the dining hall
  • Ensuring that hygiene standards are met
  • Working as a team
  • Ability to work calmly with any incidents which may arise
  • Assisting including basic first aid

About You

  • Strong organisational skills to manage playground games
  • Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults
  • Basic understanding of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and first aid is essential
  • Effectively manage pupil behaviour
  • Demonstrate a caring and professional attitude
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative when needed
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility are important
  • Willingness to take on additional duties
  • Previous experience working with children is desirable
