Your Role
- Supervision of children in the playground
- Encouraging the children to eat their meal in the dining hall
- Ensuring that hygiene standards are met
- Working as a team
- Ability to work calmly with any incidents which may arise
- Assisting including basic first aid
About You
- Strong organisational skills to manage playground games
- Ability to build positive relationships with children and adults
- Basic understanding of child development, safeguarding, health and safety, and first aid is essential
- Effectively manage pupil behaviour
- Demonstrate a caring and professional attitude
- Maintain confidentiality
- Work independently or as part of a team, using initiative when needed
- Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility are important
- Willingness to take on additional duties
- Previous experience working with children is desirable
