Key Responsibilities
- Sell and promote new and used vans in line with dealership and manufacturer standards
- Achieve sales targets set by the Sales Manager
- Maintain and develop existing customer relationships, delivering the high level of service customers expect
- Proactively identify opportunities to increase business within your customer base
- Build strong rapport with customers to establish needs and recommend suitable vehicle features and benefits
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service, recognising the importance of repeat business
- Maintain organised diary management to maximise time and sales opportunities
About You
- Previous automotive or commercial vehicle sales experience preferred (2 years ideal)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- IT literate, with experience using Outlook, Word and Excel
