Great Oaks Care Home in Bournemouth is seeking a caring Care Assistant to join nights shifts (22, 33 or 44 hours per week). Experience isn’t required, as full training and ongoing development are provided to help you build confidence and qualifications while supporting residents with daily living.
You will work as part of a supportive team, helping residents with personal care, meals, and social activities, maintaining records, and contributing to a warm, dignified, and homely environment.
