About the role
You will manage the full bid and tender lifecycle, from identifying and qualifying opportunities through to submission, contract award and handover. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing public sector bids, tenders and framework opportunities
- Writing compelling and compliant tender responses
- Coordinating internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
- Managing procurement portals, deadlines and clarification responses
- Maintaining bid libraries, case studies and supporting documentation
- Overseeing quality assurance and continuous improvement
- Supporting reporting on bid activity, outcomes and pipeline
About you
You will have proven experience managing public sector bids and tenders, with strong proposal writing and stakeholder management skills. Experience with frameworks, procurement portals, DPS, quality assurance and bid governance would be advantageous. The position is predominantly remote, with occasional UK travel required.
