Key Responsibilities
/n

- Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and users.
/n
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
/n
- Administer and maintain the school's IT systems and network.
/n
- Support PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and audio-visual equipment.
/n
- Ensure users are kept informed throughout the resolution process.
/n
/n
Skills & Experience
/n
Experience supporting some of the following technologies:
/n
/n
- Windows 11 and Microsoft 365
/n
- Microsoft Server 2019 / 2022 / 2025
/n
- Wired and wireless networks, firewalls, and content filtering
/n
- PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and AV systems
/n
/n

- Strong customer service and communication skills.

- Logical problem-solver with a proactive approach.

- Passionate about technology and helping users of varying technical abilities.

- Relevant IT qualifications are advantageous.
