We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join a growing organisation delivering innovative solutions across education, local authorities, SEND, inclusion and alternative provision settings. This role covers London, the South East and East of England, with hybrid working, regional travel and mileage expenses paid. You will own a defined territory, driving both new business and account growth across schools, Multi Academy Trusts, local authorities and wider education stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a regional sales strategy
- Build relationships with local authorities, MATs, schools, SEND teams and education leaders
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, networking, referrals and events
- Manage a consultative sales process, typically within a 3 to 6 month cycle
- Grow existing accounts through expansion and long term partnerships
- Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting and CRM records
About you:
- Experience selling into education, local authorities, MATs, SEND, inclusion, alternative provision or public sector organisations
- Strong new business and consultative sales experience
- Experience managing a territory, region or named accounts
- Confident engaging senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Package:
- £50,000 to £55,000 basic salary + Uncapped commission
- 27 days holiday plus bank holidays
- Mileage and business travel expenses paid
- Full ownership of a defined territory
