A growing technology consultancy is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead new business acquisition across the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing complex commercial deals whilst being rewarded through a highly attractive uncapped commission structure.

You will act as the organisation's primary market hunter, responsible for generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers. Managing the complete sales cycle, you will engage senior decision-makers, develop new client relationships, and work alongside the Head of Commercial Operations on strategic proposals and public sector tender opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and engaging new corporate and enterprise prospects across the UK
  • Generating opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, social selling, networking and other outbound sales activities
  • Managing inbound enquiries and ensuring rapid response and conversion of qualified opportunities
  • Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline to achieve and exceed revenue targets
