A growing technology services business is seeking an ambitious Business Development Executive to drive new business sales across the UK. This office based role offers uncapped commission, strong earning potential, healthcare, pension and the opportunity to develop into a key commercial role within a growing business.
Location: Harlow, Essex | Office based | Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 basic salary | OTE: £70,000 to £80,000 | Uncapped commission | Healthcare and pension
You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, speaking with decision makers, managing inbound enquiries and converting prospects into customers. This is a great opportunity for a confident B2B sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and closing new business.
Key responsibilities:
- Generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn and networking
- Identify and contact key decision makers across target accounts
- Follow up inbound leads quickly and convert them into qualified opportunities
- Book and attend discovery calls, presentations and sales meetings
- Understand client requirements and present suitable technology solutions
- Manage the sales process from initial conversation through to proposal and close
- Support proposals, quotations and tender activity where required
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline updates
