We’re recruiting for two Customer Account Managers to join a dynamic team supporting schools and public sector clients across the UK. This fully remote role comes with a competitive salary, discretionary annual bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Applicants must be based within an hour’s commute of Bedfordshire to attend monthly team meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the key contact for a portfolio of education and public sector clients
- Manage procurement requests through benchmarking, mini competitions, and direct awards
- Liaise with a network of pre-approved suppliers to gather and assess proposals
- Guide clients through their purchasing decisions and help develop their procurement documentation
- Prepare contracts and ensure smooth delivery, invoicing, and communication
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide reports as needed
- Champion high standards of customer service and process compliance
About You
- Highly organised with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Strong attention to detail and comfortable handling complex documentation
- Self-motivated, proactive, and confident working remotely
- Experienced in or familiar with the education sector or public sector procurement
Desirable Experience
- Background in customer service, procurement, sales support, or working with schools/trusts
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- CIPS qualification or working knowledge of UK Public Procurement practices
