You will help build the reputation of Greater Share as a pioneering philanthropic investment platform that connects the world’s top-performing private equity funds with high-impact non-governmental organisations (NGOs). We invest in best-in-class private equity funds screened for ESG criteria, with a pledge to share at least 50 percent of the gains with high-impact education NGOs. You will also help to build the reputation of our eight NGO partners, working to close the education equity gap for students from cradle to career in underserved communities worldwide. We Would Love to Hear from You If… Essential You have at least 3 years of experience in social media management/digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment. You’re familiar with LinkedIn and know how to use the platform to drive engagement with key stakeholders – you’ll be our in-house expert! You’re comfortable managing and executing on the marketing calendar with minimal guidance. You have experience creating professional designs using tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. You have native or near-native English fluency. Desirable You’ve used a web building or content management platform such as SquareSpace You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing workflows and analyzing campaign performance.
What will you be doing?
About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing / Communications Professional with at least three years’ digital marketing experience, ideally in a B2B setting. This is a chance to apply your professional skills to maximise social impact in global education. Whether you’re exploring a move into the social sector or offering a few volunteer hours, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals while contributing to lasting change. You’ll collaborate directly with Greater Share’s Executive Director, Dorothea Arndt, a recognised social impact leader with 20+ years’ experience across nonprofit and business sectors. You’ll also work with Greenbrook, a strategic communications firm specialising in investment industry comms, fundraising, and brand/reputation management (greenbrookadvisory.com). What You’ll Do Social Media Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence to boost engagement and reach, in close collaboration with Greenbrook. Design Use tools like Canva to create professional assets—newsletter templates, LinkedIn graphics, and brand materials. Email Marketing Set up, personalise, and track quarterly email and event marketing campaigns to communicate effectively with stakeholders. Website Update and manage content using Squarespace to keep the site accurate and aligned with our mission.
