Join Trafford Council’s Public Health Directorate and help deliver projects that make it easier, safer and more accessible for people to walk, wheel and cycle across the borough. Working with colleagues, residents and partner organisations, you will provide essential project and administrative support to a range of active travel programmes.
What you’ll be doing
- Providing administrative and project support across Trafford’s active travel programme.
- Organising meetings, workshops, site visits and community engagement activities.
- Preparing agendas, reports, presentations and meeting notes.
- Maintaining project documentation, records, databases and monitoring information.
- Supporting consultation and engagement activities with residents, schools, community groups and partner organisations.
- Assisting with project monitoring, performance reporting and action tracking.
- Supporting financial administration, procurement processes and budget monitoring.
- Responding to enquiries from residents, stakeholders and elected members.
- Working closely with colleagues across the Council, Transport for Greater Manchester and other partner organisations to support the delivery of walking, wheeling and cycling initiatives.
