Responsibilities

  • Support line managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Carry out administrative tasks such as opening and closing vacancies, updating applicant status, and communicating with candidates and line managers using the E‑Recruitment System.
  • Activate email and letter production for applicants and perform related duties such as dealing with mail, telephone enquiries, managing email inboxes, filing, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Work flexibly, including occasional evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications and Eligibility

  • Experience working in a customer‑focused environment.
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Office, and experience with an E‑Recruitment System is an advantage.
  • Experience checking, recording, inputting and retrieving information.
  • Ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum age 16; must be at least 16 years old to apply.
  • At least three years residency in the UK.
