The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.

Each year, the FCCO branch deals with approximately two and a half million emergency and non-emergency calls by responding to local and individual needs through our call handling and command and control service. By being professional and reassuring, our staff and officers deal with a whole spectrum of incidents and events, often making life critical decisions about how calls are responded to.

The successful candidate will be required to work as part of a team and have a sound knowledge of computer packages. The candidate should have worked in a similar capacity with experience checking, recording, inputting and retrieving information.

Key Responsibilities
  • To maintain various filing systems e.g., financial records or correspondence generated.
  • To promote and comply with GMP's policies on health and safety both in the delivery of services and the treatment of others.
  • To produce newsletters, undertake email circulations and maintain unit websites as required.
  • To draft letters, minutes and memos as may be required.
  • To produce statistical and other reports on a regular or ad hoc basis as specified.
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be at least 16 years old to apply. You will not be appointed until you are at least 16 years old.
  • Must have at least 3 years residency in the UK to apply.

  • Formal translation from a reputable source for any foreign language or symbol tattoos
  • Any paperwork relating to discharged debts, CCJ, bankruptcy, etc.
  • Deed poll certificate for any name changes
