Key Responsibilities

  • Attend PRMs across GMP to take minutes, record actions, and follow up on outcomes.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including updating planners, calendars, and managing the team inbox.
  • Create and maintain performance packs, basic data tables, and charts to support reporting.
  • Liaise with Chief Officer PAs to arrange calendar invites and book meeting rooms.
  • Support onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
  • Maintain and update SharePoint libraries and publish team-related content to the intranet.
  • Assist with workshops and performance improvement programmes.
  • Provide general clerical support including document formatting, filing, and stationery management.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong administrative experience, ideally within a performance or project-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel across GMP sites as required.
  • A flexible and agile approach to working, with opportunities to work remotely where appropriate.
