In this role you will provide efficient and effective general administrative support, undertaking a wide range of administrative tasks. You will be part of a group of Administrative Assistants providing flexibility of staffing resources between the various task areas. You should be able to demonstrate experience in duties relevant to the post including checking, recording and inputting information and associated filing.

You will maintain records and information systems, manual or computerised, relating to cash purchases, general procurement of goods and services, correspondence, mileage and expenses, inputting information into Force databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will monitor voicemail and email inbox systems, retrieve, review and direct messages, ensuring diary systems exist to monitor responses. Experience of software applications including typing is essential.
