The Switchboard role provides an effective, efficient and customer‑focused service to all callers to the Greater Manchester Police. You will receive and act on all incoming calls to the centre, including internal and external customers, ensuring a timely response to meet Branch and Force performance targets and maintain high standards of customer service.
