Hours: Saturday from 8.30am to 12.30pm

The Role Of Swimming Teacher
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and dedicated Swimming Teachers to join our team. You must hold a Level 2 Swim England swimming qualification and be passionate about helping people develop their swimming skills. Ideally, you will also hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification, or a National Rescue Award for Swimming Teachers and Coaches.
As a Swimming Teacher, You Will Be Responsible For:
- Deliver structured swimming lessons for all ages and abilities
- Work with schools and local communities to assess progress against Swim Well criteria
- Coordinate awards, communicating with parents, teachers, and colleagues
- Ensure health and safety standards, maintain equipment
- Manage administrative tasks such as diaries and swimmer records
You will also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours during holiday periods, sickness cover, and busy times.
