- Lead, develop, and continuously enhance Oldham Active’s health, fitness, and wellbeing offer.
- Work with the Health, Fitness and Wellbeing team to foster an inclusive, supportive culture that motivates staff and members.
- Build partnerships within the community and local workplaces to promote physical activity and wellbeing.
- Use data, feedback, and trends to evaluate and innovate offerings for maximum impact and positive health outcomes.
