The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic individuals with experience in delivering a range of gymnastics activities to young people. Oldham Active currently deliver gymnastics to around 200 children per week, from age 2 years to 14 years. The successful candidate will be asked to support the delivery of the gymnastics classes, delivering high quality coaching in a fun and safe environment.
The role will require flexibility to work evenings and/or weekends and cover staff absence. Casual positions are available with the possibility of contracted hours. There is also the opportunity to work on the gymnastics holiday camps and small group sessions.
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
- Experience of delivering gymnastics in a leisure centre environment.
- Experience of working with children and young people across the age and ability range.
- Experience of working with other coaches to plan and prepare lessons.
- A British Gymnastics Level 1 or 2 qualification in Artistic or General gymnastics. Consideration will be made for qualifications in other gymnastics disciplines.
You will be provided with full uniform and any equipment required to undertake your job role. Training will be provided if necessary and confirmation of the appointment can only be granted during the probationary period to those individuals who attain the above qualifications.
