Greater Manchester Mental Health is recruiting a Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Salford Home Based Treatment Team. The role offers a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours) with a 7 day shift pattern in urgent care services at Salford.

You will undertake comprehensive mental health assessments, develop collaborative care plans, provide risk management, and work with multi-disciplinary teams to support service users and families during crisis, including night shifts.
