An exciting opportunity to be the Trafford Clinical Service Manager has arisen. Accountable to the Associate Director of Operations and responsible to the Head of Operations, as part of Community Care Group, the post holder will provide and deliver operational management and leadership for Trafford's community services.

The post holder will have an agreed portfolio of services including the referral and assessment hub, neighbourhood teams, the specialist team and the physical health hub. In conjunction with the Head of Operations, other Care Group Leads, Lead Clinicians they will ensure services are of the highest quality.

Leading community services in the Trafford area, the post holder will provide line management supervision and support to Operational Managers, Quality and Safety Lead, Clinicians and other team members as required. As a Clinical Service Manager, you will ensure services meet the needs of its population and provide the best possible care whilst developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders.

The post holder will positively contribute to and lead on areas of community transformation. The post holder will ensure best practice and learning is disseminated across the care group and that services are delivered within the GMMH quality framework, supporting the continued success of the organisation in delivering high quality mental health services.

This is an exciting opportunity for a compassionate, dynamic senior leader to take up the role of Clinical Services Manager for the Community teams in Trafford. You will be responsible for the delivery of a safe and high-quality mental health service for our community. The Community Care Group has a strong Senior Leadership Team, that you will contribute to, and continue to develop a cohesive team with strong governance and risk management within structures.

If successful, you will provide leadership and operational management to the service teams and be a key member of the community Senior Leadership Team (SLT). Contact with the service as part of recruitment is actively encouraged.

You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
