Greater Manchester Mental Health Foundation Trust is seeking a Youth Support Worker (Band 4) at Junction 17 Day Service, Prestwich.

The role is a full-time, permanent position, 37.5 hours per week across 5 days (8am-4pm).

The post supports children and young people within a multidisciplinary team to deliver care.

You will work intensively with CYP and families, helping develop safety and recovery-focused care plans and promote resilience to reduce crisis recurrences.
