We are looking for a motivated, detail‑oriented professional to join the Digital and Data department in the Office of the Chief Digital Information Officer (CDIO). The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in the smooth functioning of our digital operations, contributing toward the overall success of our organisation in the delivery of care, through the implementation of our ongoing digital programme.
Main duties of the job:
- Provide business administrative support to the digital senior‑management team.
- Attend meetings, take minutes accurately and concisely, correctly typed, distributed and stored in accordance with group terms of reference and Trust policies and procedures.
- Administer digital meetings including agendas, room bookings, refreshments, etc.
Benefits and entitlements:
- Annual leave: 27 days plus bank holidays, rising to 29 after 5 years and 33 after 10 years.
- Pay enhancements: 30% additional for evenings (8pm onwards) and Saturdays; 60% additional for Sundays and bank holidays.
- Remote/homeworking element on a rota basis.

- Computer literacy – proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience of taking minutes at meetings.
