This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role within the Workforce Analytics Team at Greater Manchester Mental Health, supporting the effective delivery of workforce data and reporting across the organisation. The post holder will report statistical data, monitor and maintain compliance in employment regulations and provide support and guidance to HR colleagues and managers across GMMH.
Main duties of the job:
- To maintain the integrity of workforce systems including ESR, Health Roster and OHIO.
- To be aware of data quality issues at all times, taking action to maintain standards.
- To run standard and ad-hoc reports and support the wider digital agenda of information delivery through dashboards and digital tools.
- Provide workforce information to support data quality audits, data cleanses, validation exercises and reports.

Important Information about working for GMMH:
All positions within the Trust are subject to satisfactory pre-employment checks. The Trust mandates all post holders who require a DBS for their role to subscribe to the DBS Update Service. You will be required to enrol for this service for a fee of £16 per year and maintain registration throughout your employment with GMMH.
