Collaboration across the Trust, risk escalation, and deputising for senior colleagues are required to guarantee a consistent, compassionate, and compliant service.

We seek an organised professional with strong subject access, data protection, and redaction knowledge in mental health or NHS contexts. You must excel at attention to detail, workload prioritisation, and independent work while leading with compassion and respect. Strong communication, advanced IT skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe), and experience in training, auditing, and procedure development are essential, alongside a proactive approach to improvement and high-quality service.
