Overview
We are seeking an experienced and resolute mortality review practitioner to join our team. This pivotal role will focus on improving the quality and safety of care by leading and coordinating our Learning from deaths process, taking an active role to support a robust approach to mortality review that is in line with statutory, regulatory, and best practice requirements.
As a key member of the team, you will specialise in developing, implementing, and evaluating a nationally recognised mortality review methodology across the Trust\'s localities. Your role will be pivotal in providing evidence from learning from deaths and supporting quality improvement projects across the organisation. You will collaborate with clinicians and leadership teams, service users, and external partners to drive these initiatives.
