An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 3 Medical Support Secretary (16 hours per week) to work with the North Mersey Community Mental Health Team. We are seeking an admin support secretary with a can‑do attitude who enjoys working in a large team and demonstrates a commitment to delivering high quality administration support in an efficient and timely manner.

Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial duties to the consultant and coordinate the dissemination of information to and from the team.
- Deal efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health professionals.
- Audio‑type clinical letters and other medical correspondence.
- Action any requirements identified in minutes or typing, including uploading and scanning prescriptions.
- Assist consultants with diary management where required.
