High Intensity Trainee

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is now recruiting for salaried trainee CBT positions.

We are seeking Trainee Cognitive Behavioural Therapists/High Intensity Therapists for salaried 1-year trainee roles, with the potential for future employment upon successful training completion. Candidates should have a commitment to scientific practice, a willingness to learn new skills, and a desire to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals with common mental disorders.

Talking Therapies provide evidence-based interventions for individuals with anxiety disorders and depression, as part of the national IAPT (Increasing Access to Psychological Therapies) programme.

The services are dedicated to supporting recovery for those with anxiety and depression-related issues, including individuals with long-term physical health conditions such as diabetes and respiratory problems.

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 6,400 staff members across more than 160 locations.

We offer inpatient and community-based mental health care for residents of Bolton, Manchester, Salford, Trafford, and Wigan, along with a wide range of specialist mental health and substance misuse services across Greater Manchester, the north west of England, and beyond.
