Your role: You will jointly lead GMCAs Entry Scheme Programme, supporting and shaping routes into public service including T-Levels, apprenticeships and our Management Trainee Programme. Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll ensure every participant gets a high-quality experience that helps them thrive from day one. You'll design, deliver and evaluate programmes, frameworks and policies that build capability and progression using insight, data and feedback to keep improving what we offer. It's a role with real impact: developing talent, driving social mobility and strengthening outcomes for Greater Manchester's communities.

About you: You are an experienced professional who builds trusted relationships and works confidently with people at all levels. You communicate clearly, influence positively and stay organised and resilient - delivering high-quality work at pace while balancing competing priorities. You have previously designed, delivered and improved programmes, policies and frameworks, ideally including entry schemes such as apprenticeships, T-Levels or early careers pathways - using insight and feedback to keep raising the bar.
