We are advertising for a permanent and full‑time Cadet Quartermaster based at South West Army Cadet Force, Reserves Centre, 27 St John’s Hill, Clapham Junction, London, SW11 1TT (2 minute walk from Clapham Junction train station).

The Role:

The Cadet Quartermaster (CQM) is a Crown Servant and a full‑time civilian employee of the Reserve Forces’ and Cadets’ Association for Greater London (GL-RFCA). The CQM is a member of the Professional Support Staff (PSS) which provide essential administrative and logistic support to the Army Cadet Force (ACF) within that Sector.

Salary:

The post attracts a salary of £34,949 p/a plus £3,300 London Allowance (total £38,249) which is subject to review in August 26, and a highly competitive Pension scheme, as well as a number of additional benefits as per the Recruitment Pack. This post is vacant from 1st October 2026.
